Srini’s twenty-three (23) year experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry has taken him around the globe (India, Middle East, Europe, and United States) to fulfill key technical, management, business development and leadership roles for Fortune 50 companies like Sybase Products Middle East (SPME), Sybase and Northwestern Mutual (NM).
In his career, Srini had the opportunity to build the technical support and professional services division for Sybase Products Middle East. Under his leadership, Northwestern Mutual was able to offshore their IT operations, restructure their technical services division and adhere to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
After returning to India, in the past Four (4) years, Srini was focused on leading and building a quality focused CES IT offshore delivery team. During this tenure, the delivery team grew from 5 to 120 personnel. The exposure of building this offshore delivery team gave Srini a deep understanding of the essential industry and life skills that the majority of fresh engineering graduates were missing, in order build a successful career and life. This gap between industry and fresh college graduates prompted him to co-found Talent Sculptors finishing school
Srini is ambitious about creating next-generation trusted leaders with exemplary work ethic.

Shyamala comes with a diversified experience of 12 years that mostly revolved around her passion of empowering and educating people.
She Co-founded (along with her father) Golden Nursery and Primary school, which started with 8 students and grew to around 100 plus children in the suburban area of Chennai. Five years of experience, teaching and administrating a school of children from low income families taught her to handle adverse situations, crisis and how being transparent, prompt and genuinely concerned on empowering people, builds trust and makes a huge difference.
Shyamala got an opportunity to grow into a HR professional with Sphata Systems and CES IT.
Her leadership and communication skills enabled her to build and lead a team for Administration, Human resources and finance during her tenure.
She was proficient in planning, strategizing and implementing Administrative and HR policies and procedures which were aligned with the career and holistic growth of employees at all levels. Her forte was in building a culture of trust, transparency and mutual respect towards all that helped to retaining talent at Sphata and CES IT. She played a major role in controlling and sustaining the organization’s attrition rate to below 5% during her period in office.
Shyamala ventured once again into the educational sector to teach Human Resource Management at Loyola College, Chennai. This exposure provided the urge to teach the younger generation the reality of the IT industry. This led her to think in terms of building a unique educational system where the younger generation are taught holistically, and with respect to individual aspirations. This prompted her to co-found Talent Sculptors.
Shyamala is passionate about empowering people, spreading the knowledge acquired and enable people to lead better lives.
Shyamala holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Masters in Computer Applications.
For the past nine (9) years, Nandini's career has given her opportunities to play various roles within the IT Industry.
For the first 3+ years in her career, she took on the role of a software developer with Supertech Solutions, Pune.
Her exposure at Supertech Solutions gave her a strong application programming foundation, banking application domain knowledge along with client interaction skills.
As she progressed in her career, she found her passion for mentoring her technology and programming abilities to other team members.
Her passion for teaching created opportunities to work with multiple training and development organizations to plan, design and deliver technical training programs.
She has a robust and strong working experience in delivering her technology programs to corporates, Engineering Colleges and Training Institutes.
She seeks her joy and pride in technology training. By joining Talent Sculptors, she is looking forward to sharing her career and life experience to foster and grow young IT professionals.

Sajin holds 7 plus years of experience in training young graduates and workforce of different age groups and sectors, in technologies like Java, Java EE, Oracle, and other related web technologies.
He began his career as a Technical Trainer in VGIT, followed by NIIT, where he played the role of mentoring young graduates. His passion for teaching created various opportunities to work with multiple training and development organizations to plan, design and deliver technical training programs.
Sajin also gained experience in Corporate training (Govt./Private), which involved travelling to different places to deliver short and long term training projects.
Sajin’s forte is in providing real-time examples to comprehend conceptual knowledge about technology. His down to earth personality makes him approachable and associate well with learners.
At Talent Sculptors, he plays the role of a Technical Mentor delivering conceptual and practical knowledge to transform young graduates into full-stack developers. He has also successfully delivered workshops in various colleges.
Sajin holds a ‘Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering’ from Anna University.
Cyinthiya, comes with an overall experience of 9 years. She started her first job in the IT sector(Infrastructure Management Services) with Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Systems Engineer.
With a great start she utilised her strong communication and interpersonal skills to play varied job roles in the IT industry ranging from Systems Engineer, Soft Skills coach to Business Development manager. These diversified opportunities allowed her to work with prestigious clients across India, right from Northwestern Mutual - US ; Reserve Bank Of India - UK and British Petroleum - Singapore.
This also led her to travel within and outside of India and gave her a chance to connect with people from all walks of life.
Cyinthiya’s love for baking turned her into an Entrepreneur for a Short while. Eventually her passion for raising others to success and belief of the Robert Ingersoll quote “We rise by lifting others”. motivated her to join the Talent Sculptors family. This has allowed Cyinthiya to pursue her passion of sharing her knowledge and experience to enable, develop, encourage and empower young graduates who are yet to start their career.
She is equally excited to mentor experienced folks, allowing her to learn from them, as well as share her thoughts and passion for their personal and career growth.
Cyinthiya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, from Stella Maris College, Chennai.
Being a creative person Cyinthiya also keeps herself occupied with Baking, Personal Blogging, Pencil Sketching, Painting, Fitness - Strength Training.

Iswarya Kishan
Math and Competitive Exam Mentor
Iswarya possesses a rich and pragmatic mentoring experience in the field of Math and Competitive exams preparation. In her career spanning 9 years, she has worked as an Assistant Professor K.L.N College of Engineering, Madurai, and as a Freelancer delivered multiple competitive exams training workshops to undergraduates who aspire to attend Common Admission Test (CAT), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), and Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB).
One of her strengths is her dynamic ability to understand the students' thought process, and adapt her teaching methodology which allows the student to think and solve problems independently. Her innovative and simple problem solving techniques in Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning add significant value to learners.
She is a Gold Medallist with a degree in M.E. (Power Systems Engineering). In her free time, she practices classical music and playing Veena.
Her determination and passion is empowering the budding student community to achieve their best.

I am Mahammad Ali Shaik. I like to be called Ali.
I am an optimist Fresher with an undergraduate and postgraduate degrees to my credit.
I completed B.com, with Computers as my major from S.V. university, and MBA Finance from JNTU university.
My Motivation and enthusiasm towards life comes from helping others who are in-need.
I also have passion towards Farming and Gardening. One of my major accomplishment in this space was assisting my Dad to plant his Mango Garden.
I play the role of Executive Admin at Talent Sculptors taking care of daily operations.

I joined Talent Sculptors as a Visual designer to learn, grow and excel on the creative aspects of the IT Industry.
As a fresher, I have had the opportunity to deliver exceptional and quality work. I take this moment to thank my mentors at Talent Sculptors.
With my creative instinct and knowledge of Photoshop, I am making a bold attempt to create educational content and space for Talent Sculptors in the World Wide Web.
I enjoy contributing towards graphic designs. Designing allows me to play with all the colors and shapes, create info-graphics to convey the right message - All said and done, "I would like my end-user to be happy viewing the content".
